ORDER & DELIVERY

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order within the Account section of the website. If your order shows as "Unfulfilled" then this has not yet been sent out for delivery. If the order shows as "Fulfilled" then the order has been sent out for delivery.

When your order is despatched you will receive confirmation of this to the email address you provided on your order. This will also include a tracking number for your parcel that you can use to track your order online. The majority of our orders are sent via DPD, and you can track their status here.

If you are still unsure as to where your order is, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page to send us a message and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Our standard delivery time is between 2-5 working days. However, if the item you have ordered is bespoke or made to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of these items.

Accurate delivery information will be provided on both the product pages and within checkout when you are placing your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been despatched it may be possible to cancel your order. In order to do this please contact us using either the form below or by sending an email to enquiries@sayitwith.com. Please include your order number on any messages.

If your order has been despatched we will be unable to cancel your order and this will have to be returned in order to receive your refund. Please see our returns page for more information.

My order states delivered but I don't have it - what do I do?

If you suspect your parcel has gone missing, pleases contact our Customer Service team using the form below or by emailing enquiries@sayitwith.com with your order number included.

We will raise an investigation with our couriers and resolve for you as soon as possible by either refunding your order total or sending a replacement item.

Can I add a gift message or gift receipt to my order?

Yes, we are able to provide both on your order.

Add your items to basket as normal and, when you reach checkout, you will see a "Add Gift Receipt" option. This will ensure you can gift your order straight away without worrying about whether price or any other sensitive details are included within the package.

You can also add a personalised message to the gift receipt to add a personal touch!

RETURNS

How do I return my order?

You can process your return using our online portal here.

Please have your order number and email address used to place the order in order to process your return.

Once you have submitted your details, you will receive a pre-paid return label which you can take to a DPD Ship to Shop store who will send your parcel back to us.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, please allow up to 5 working days for this to show back in your account.

Please note while we endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible, this may take up to 14 days, depending on where you live or during busy periods and bank holidays.

What is your Christmas return policy?

Our returns period has been extended for Christmas.

If you have placed an order after the 1st November you have until 14th January to return your item.

What items cannot be returned/refunded?

Please see our Refund Policy page for full information.

Below exclusions apply for returns:

- Earrings and pierced jewellery. In the interest of hygiene, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy.

- Personalised/engraved jewellery. If your purchase is bespoke/made to order, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 48 hours, and we may, by discretion exchange.

- In the unfortunate case of your item having a manufacturing fault we will offer an exchange with a receipt providing we believe you have followed our care page or card given with each item and it is still within the guarantee period.

Can I return online orders in store?

Online orders can only be returned using our online portal. Returns from online orders will not be accepted in store.
