Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within the delivery time scale you have chosen at check out (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. If your item description states that it is 'made to order' or 'pre order' we will ship this out once it arrives to us. Please see below our UK/International delivery options.

International Delivery

International Delivery - 3 to 7 Business Days - £25.00

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order, as customs policies and charges vary by country.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days (UK) or 8 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, or for any further questions please contact us at enquiries@sayitwith.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
