Q: Can you tell us a little bit about your role at Say it with Diamonds?
Where do you want me to start, haha! My role at Say it with Diamonds involves working with my amazing team, serving all our lovely customers, and, most importantly, making sure every one of them enjoys the experience and are happy with their purchase. ️
Q: Can you describe yourself in three words?
Outgoing, chatty, and laidback.
Q: What's the best thing about working for SIWD?
All my teammates, of course!
Q: Do you have a favourite SIWD piece?
The 6-carat tennis bracelet, the 5-carat moissanite stones... the list goes on!
Q: Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
I'm a jack of all trades...
Q: Have you got a favourite customer story?
Yes, I'll always remember a couple that came in for a ring at the last minute as they had to rush their marriage due to a close family member being unwell at the time. It was such a sad time for them both, but we gave them the full SIWD treatment, and they absolutely loved their wedding bands.
