Last (but certainly not least!) is our very own Courtney, who's one of our fabulous sales assistants. We caught up with her to find out about all the great things she does here at SIWD. Be sure to check out her interesting fact - she really is the whole package!
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about your role at Say it with Diamonds?
I am a full-time sales assistant at SIWD. My role includes excellent customer service, helping run our social media accounts, giving our customers the bespoke bar service and helping with the day-to-day running of the shop. I also make sure I am aware of the targets set each day and do my very best to meet them.
Q: Can you describe yourself in three words?
Hardworking, outgoing, and loyal.
Q: What's the best thing about working for SIWD?
I love working at SIWD because it's a jewellery shop like no other, we have a warm, fun & friendly atmosphere.
Q: Do you have a favourite SIWD piece?
My favourite piece of jewellery is my full diamond initial C necklace because it was a bespoke piece made for me before I started my journey at SIWD.
Q: Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
I have a passion for fashion, interior design and love planning an occasion. I love seeing my vision come to life - which I bring to my everyday work.
Q: Have you got a favourite customer story?
Q6 I loved working with our WhatsApp/Instagram customers during lockdown. I felt at that difficult time I gave the reassurance and confidence to each customer about the amazing service we had to offer. Also, I felt like I got to know the customers on a personal level which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Q: Do you have any advice for people who want to follow in your footsteps?
As I have worked in a jewellers since I was 16 years old, I believe you need really great customer service; you have to love your job & have a real passion for the company you are working for. Also, you need to have an excellent working relationship with your colleagues and management.
