Next up in the Employee Spotlight hot seat is one of our amazing weekend sale assistants, Becky! We caught up with her to find out more about her role at SIWD - also, be sure to check out her interesting fact (we've got a right talented bunch!).
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about your role at Say it with Diamonds?
I am a weekend sales assistant, helping our customers with whatever they desire.
Q: Can you describe yourself in three words?
Bubbly, smiley (behind the mask) and caring!
Q: What's the best thing about working for SIWD?
It's such a lovely workplace environment; everyone is so nice and friendly; it makes workdays enjoyable.
Q: Do you have a favourite SIWD piece? And why?
I LOVE our white gold fancy script initials; I think the extra bit of sparkle makes them even more gorgeous.
Q: Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
I learnt to write with my left hand after breaking my right elbow so I can now write with both hands.
Q: Have you got a favourite customer story?
A customer came in wanting to buy the subscription pack for his girlfriend so she could have a piece of jewellery delivered to her door every month off him.
Q: Do you have any advice for people who want to follow in your footsteps?
Be confident in your selling skills, if you're confidently selling an item, the customers will trust you in providing them with a piece of jewellery perfectly suited to them.
